Q What tolerance can you achieve for CNC machined parts?
A For precision CNC machining, we can achieve ±0.005mm–±0.01mm for critical dimensions. General tolerance is ±0.02–±0.05mm per ISO 2768.
-
Q Can you provide inspection reports?
A Yes, we provide FAI reports, material certificates, dimensional reports and test reports as required.
-
Q What materials can you process?
A · Machining & sheet metal: Aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, brass, titanium, engineering plastics.
· Die casting: Aluminum alloy, zinc alloy.
· Powder metallurgy: Iron-based, stainless steel, copper-based materials.
-
Q What surface treatments are available?
A We provide anodizing, powder coating, sandblasting, brushing, passivation, electroplating (nickel, zinc, chrome), heat treatment, black oxide, etc.
-
Q Can you supply raw material certification?
A Yes, material test certificates (MTC) from certified suppliers are available for all production batches.
-
Q Do we need to open a mold for die casting / powder metallurgy?
A Yes, die casting and powder metallurgy normally require custom tooling/molds. We can design and build molds in-house.
-
Q How long is the lead time for samples?
A l CNC machining samples: 3–7 days
l Sheet metal samples: 5–10 days
l Die casting / PM samples (with mold): 15–25 days
-
Q What is your mass production lead time?
A Generally 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and process complexity.
