A We usually use SPCC, SGCC, stainless steel 201/304/316, aluminum 5052/6061, etc.The thickness is actual thickness as per drawing, with normal tolerance ±0.1mm.We can provide material certification upon request.

A For normal sheet metal fabrication, no mold cost (only CNC laser cutting + bending).Sample lead time: 3–7 days after drawing confirmed.Sample fee can be refundable when you place bulk order.
