    A MOQ is flexible. We accept small orders for prototypes and large quantities for mass production.

  • Q How do you ensure parts are not damaged during shipment?

    A We use anti-static bags, pearl cotton, foam, cartons and fumigated wooden cases to protect parts during long-distance transportation.

  • Q What if we receive defective parts?

    A If defects are caused by our manufacturing, we will reproduce, rework or refund unconditionally according to the actual situation.

  • Q What shipping terms do you support?

    A We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP and can ship by sea, air or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT).

  • Q Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

    A We are a factory with independent production lines and complete quality system, not a trading company.

  • Q Do you have any certifications?

    A We have ISO 9001 quality management system certification and can meet IATF 16949 requirements for automotive projects.
