A Absolutely. We sign NDA/CNDA for all custom projects to ensure your intellectual property is fully protected.

Q What inspection equipment do you have?
A We are equipped with coordinate measuring machine (CMM), optical projector, micrometers, calipers, hardness tester, roughness tester and salt spray tester for full inspection.

Q What about tolerance for sheet metal, die casting and powder metallurgy?
A · Sheet metal: ±0.1mm
· Die casting: ±0.05–±0.15mm
· Powder metallurgy: ±0.03–±0.1mm Final tolerance depends on part structure and material.

A Yes. We support low-volume prototyping for testing and high-volume mass production with stable consistency.

Q What drawing formats do you accept?
A We accept 3D files (STEP, IGS, STP, X_T) and 2D drawings (DWG, DXF, PDF) with dimension, tolerance and surface requirements clearly marked.

Q Can you provide DFM analysis for our parts?
A Yes, our engineering team will provide professional DFM (Design for Manufacturing) suggestions to optimize structure, reduce cost and improve manufacturability.

Q What tolerance can you achieve for CNC machined parts?
A For precision CNC machining, we can achieve ±0.005mm–±0.01mm for critical dimensions. General tolerance is ±0.02–±0.05mm per ISO 2768.

Q Can you provide inspection reports?
A Yes, we provide FAI reports, material certificates, dimensional reports and test reports as required.
