KBH
The KBH series acid resistant centrifugal pump is a high-performance industrial chemical pump engineered for reliable transfer of corrosive liquids in demanding manufacturing environments. Built with advanced coaxial centrifugal technology, this pump delivers minimal air mixing and superior head pressure, making it ideal for high-flow chemical transfer applications. Constructed from premium corrosion-resistant materials including CFRPP and PVDF, the KBH centrifugal pump offers exceptional durability against a wide range of acids, alkalis, and chemical solutions. With its optimized hydraulic design and robust construction, this pump ensures long-term operational reliability and low maintenance costs for industrial facilities.
The coaxial centrifugal design provides high flow chemical transfer capabilities with minimal air entrainment, ensuring consistent liquid delivery and reduced cavitation risk. Optimized impeller and volute geometry maximize energy efficiency, reducing power consumption and operational costs over the pump's entire service life.
Features a unique Teflon Bellow Seal self-cooling design that effectively prevents chemical leakage and extends seal life, even in continuous 24/7 operation. This advanced sealing system eliminates environmental contamination risks and protects valuable process fluids.
Available in CFRPP and PVDF materials, the pump can withstand aggressive chemical environments and temperatures up to 90°C, depending on the material selected. All wetted components are precision-molded to ensure uniform thickness and maximum chemical resistance.
Modular construction allows for quick disassembly and replacement of wearing parts without removing the entire pump from the pipeline. This design minimizes downtime and reduces maintenance expenses for industrial operations.

No, the KBH series pump cannot run dry as it will damage the shaft seal and impeller. It must be installed below the liquid level, or a foot valve and self-priming tank must be installed if the inlet is above the liquid level.
The maximum operating temperature is 75°C for CFRPP material and 90°C for PVDF material, depending on the chemical properties and concentration of the liquid being pumped.
Our technical team can provide detailed material compatibility recommendations based on the specific chemical, concentration, temperature, and operating conditions of your process.
