    A We usually use SPCC, SGCC, stainless steel 201/304/316, aluminum 5052/6061, etc.The thickness is actual thickness as per drawing, with normal tolerance ±0.1mm.We can provide material certification upon request.

  • Q What’s your tolerance? Can you meet our drawing?

    A l Bending: ±0.5°
    l Dimension: ±0.1~±0.3mm
    l Hole position: ±0.1mm. We can manufacture strictly according to your 2D/3D drawings (STEP, IGS, DWG, DXF).

  • Q What surface treatments do you offer?

    A l Powder coating
    l Painting
    l Electro-galvanizing / Hot-dip galvanizing
    l Anodizing (for aluminum)
