BSD machining durable Aluminum Die Casting is metal casting process, which is characterized by applying high pressure to the molten metal using the cavity of the mold. Molds are usually made of higher-strength alloys, and this process is somewhat similar to injection molding. Most die castings are non-iron, such as zinc, copper, aluminum, magnesium, lead, tin, and lead-tin alloys and their alloys. Depending on the type of die casting method, you need to use a cold chamber die casting or a hot chamber die casting.

  • This is the core service for die casting customization, aiming to help customers solve design pain points and improve production feasibility. We have a professional engineering team with rich experience in die casting design, which can provide targeted services according to the customer's product usage scenarios, performance requirements and cost expectations.
    Accept various design file formats: Support 2D drawings (DWG, DXF, PDF) and 3D models (STEP, IGS, STP, X_T), which are compatible with mainstream design software used by foreign customers, ensuring smooth transmission and accurate parsing of design data.
    Free DFM analysis (Design for Manufacturability): After receiving the customer's design, we will conduct a comprehensive analysis to optimize the product structure, avoid undercuts, shrinkage holes, porosity and other common die casting defects, reduce mold wear, and lower production costs while ensuring product performance.
    Custom design support: If the customer only has a product concept or simple requirements (such as size, weight, load-bearing capacity), our engineering team can assist in completing the overall design, including 3D modeling, 2D drawing formulation and technical parameter confirmation, to turn the concept into a feasible production design.
  • Mold is the core of die casting production, and custom mold service is the foundation to ensure the accuracy and consistency of customized products. We have an independent mold workshop, equipped with advanced mold processing equipment and professional mold technicians, to provide one-stop mold customization services from design to manufacturing, maintenance and storage.
    Mold design customization: According to the customer's product design, usage scenario and production volume, we design molds with reasonable structure, high precision and long service life. We will communicate with customers in detail about mold cavity number, gate design, cooling system layout, etc., to ensure that the mold meets production needs and product quality requirements.
    Mold manufacturing and testing: Adopt high-quality mold steel (such as H13, P20) for processing, through precision machining, heat treatment and other processes to ensure mold accuracy and wear resistance. After the mold is completed, we will conduct trial injection testing, adjust parameters, and confirm that the mold can produce qualified products before delivery.
    Mold storage and maintenance: After the mold is put into use, we will store the customer's mold for free during the cooperation period, conduct regular maintenance and repair (such as rust prevention, wear part replacement), ensure the stability of the mold during mass production, and extend the mold service life. Customers can take back the mold at any time after the mold cost is fully paid.
  • Different foreign customers have different requirements for product performance (such as corrosion resistance, strength, lightweight), so we provide flexible material and process customization services to meet the needs of different industries (automotive, electronics, aerospace, medical, etc.).
    Custom material selection: We mainly provide aluminum die casting (ADC12, A380, AlSi9Cu3, etc.), zinc die casting (ZAMAK #3, #5, ZL102, etc.) and magnesium die casting materials. We can also use the materials designated by customers to ensure that the materials meet the relevant standards of the customer's country (such as RoHS, REACH, FDA) and provide material certification.
    Die casting process customization: According to the product structure and precision requirements, we customize the die casting process, including pressure casting, low-pressure casting, gravity casting, etc. For products with high precision requirements, we optimize the casting process parameters (injection speed, pressure, temperature) to improve product dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

  • Surface treatment not only affects the appearance of the product, but also improves its corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other performance. We provide a variety of custom surface treatment services to meet the aesthetic and functional needs of foreign customers.
    Common surface treatment: Powder coating (custom color according to RAL color card), painting (matte, glossy, metallic paint), sandblasting (fine sand, coarse sand), polishing (mirror polishing, matte polishing), anodizing (for aluminum products, custom color), electroplating (zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating), passivation, etc.
    Custom logo and marking: According to customer requirements, add custom logos, product models, batch numbers, etc., through laser engraving, screen printing, mold embossing and other methods, ensuring that the logo is clear, wear-resistant and meets the customer's brand promotion needs.

    Custom packaging: According to the product size, weight and fragility, design safe and appropriate packaging, including PE film wrapping, foam shock absorption, carton packaging, plywood case packaging (for large or fragile products). We can also provide neutral packaging or custom packaging with customer's logo, label, bar code, user manual, etc., to meet the import and brand promotion needs of customers in different countries.
    Logistics customization: Cooperate with well-known international logistics companies (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Maersk, etc.), provide flexible logistics solutions, including FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP and other trade terms.
