Exact tolerances, process, price and delivery schedule are evaluated against your project requirements.

Established in 2012, BSD manufactures custom precision components in Suzhou, China, near Shanghai. Engineering, machining and inspection support your project from the first discussion through delivery.
3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centers, turning-milling equipment and precision grinding support different part requirements. BSD also coordinates casting, forging, stamping and finishing through its manufacturing supply chain.
Independent import and export capabilities, project progress photos and videos, and export packaging help overseas buyers manage the complete order.

Germany / Precision & design validation
Sample-first validation
The challengePrevious supplier parts had been rejected for insufficient precision. The buyer needed evidence that the new parts would fit and perform.
Our approachBSD supplied an initial sample for measurement and assembly trials, then worked with the design team on insulation-panel improvements.
The first sample passed the customer’s validation; joint prototype development also addressed heat leakage at assembly gaps.

United States / Process optimization
$13.80 → $5.83
The challengeAn order for 2,000 aluminum parts was originally specified for full CNC machining, with low material utilization and a quoted unit cost of $13.80.
Our approachBSD proposed extrusion, cold drawing, sawing, turning and black anodizing for this particular component.
The reported unit cost fell to $5.83. The customer subsequently increased the order to 10,000 units.

Malaysia / Design to production
100 sets / no initial drawing
The challengeThe customer had an application and quantity, but no completed manufacturing drawing.
Our approachEngineering and design teams reviewed structure, dimensions, materials and appearance through several discussions. The customer approved the final drawing before production.
100 cabinets were produced and delivered. The company reports a repeat order after the customer received and inspected the products.

United States / Manufacturing route selection
90 g / optimized part weight
The challengeThe original plan used five-axis machining for volume production. Part weight and assembly requirements became key constraints.
Our approachAfter process evaluation and pilot validation, the remaining 3,000 units of a 5,000-unit pilot order were moved to metal injection molding.
The case reports a weight of about 90 g per unit, around one-quarter of the original machined part. It illustrates engineering support across manufacturing processes.

Power systems / High-mix batch production
18 models / 480 units per month
The challengeThe project required 18 structures in 2.0 mm cold-rolled steel, with frequent changeovers, deformation control and IP54 sealing requirements.
Our approachBSD organized model-specific routing, laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, coating, first-article checks and final assembly.
The published project reports 480 units per month and a 99.2% first-pass yield. These are results for this sheet-metal project.
