· Historical Challenges: Previously, similar products customized from other suppliers were entirely rejected due to failure to meet precision standards, leading to potential concerns about supplier capability.

Our Solution and Execution

· Pre-validation Strategy: To address client concerns and validate our manufacturing capability, we first provided an initial sample for technical communication and assembly trial fitting.

· Successful First-Pass Validation: Measurement results confirmed that all geometric tolerances and performance indicators met design specifications, and the sample successfully passed client validation on the first attempt.

Project 2: Guide Rail Insulation Panel – Design Optimization and Performance Enhancement

Client’s Core Requirements and Challenges

· Functional Requirement: The primary objective was to ensure the thermal insulation performance of the cover panels, guaranteeing that overall heat loss of the assembled system meets specified standards.

· Design Limitations: The client’s original design contained minor structural deficiencies and lacked sufficient consideration for mass production feasibility and long-term reliability, requiring our engineering input for design optimization.

Our Solution and Execution

· In-depth Technical Collaboration:

o Conducted a thorough analysis of operating conditions and thermal engineering principles, accurately identifying potential heat leakage risks caused by assembly gaps in the original design.

o Collaborated closely with the client’s design team to benchmark and propose systematic structural optimization solutions.

· Prototype Development and Validation:

o Jointly carried out prototype manufacturing and environmental performance testing, achieving success in the first trial.

o Final product performance significantly exceeded the client’s expected targets, meeting high-level insulation requirements.
